Q: What preparation do I have to do?
A: We will require electricity from you. It would also help if you could make sure our access to the curtains or blinds is clear and any items from the window seals have been removed.

Please note: Watermarks on curtains and linings cannot be removed especially if there is a strong ringed edge to the stain. Wooden or aluminium venetian blinds cannot be cleaned with this dry cleaning method.
