The cleaning of existing property or new buildings is a very important part of the hand over procedure. The importance of the cleaning contractors duties are never fully realised until the final days of the building works when the contracts manager, architect, clerk of works etc are all involved in handing over the finished site to the client.

It is only then that all the construction company’s hard work can be made to look its best for the handover. So it is important that our cleaning services should be a part of the final cleaning to ensure your sites are handed over in the proper manner and at the standard they deserve.

Please find below our task list:

• Remove all labels/ stickers from bathroom, windows, toilets & kitchen.
• Remove any rubbish
• Clean all floors of any paint and plaster.
• Clean all interior windows/ mirrors of any paint and plaster.
• Clean window frames, sills and ledges.
• Clean all radiators.
• Wash all the doors. Including door tops and polish handles and fittings.
• Wash and shine all sockets and switches.
• Spot clean walls and ceilings.
• Clean all skirting boards.
• Clean all cupboards (inside and out) and sideboards in kitchen bedrooms, living room, reception rooms, dining room, bathrooms and toilets.
• Clean and polish all surfaces and wooden works in kitchen, bedrooms, living room, reception rooms, dining room, bathrooms and toilets.
• Clean and shine all toilets inside and out.
• Wash and shine tiles, basins, taps, shower heads, shower doors, plugs, plug areas, etc in the bathrooms.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Mop and polish all hard floors.
• Make sure all the property is completely dust free.
