The idea is simple - Expand your cleaning services to include carpet and upholstery cleaning without the hassle of buying expensive equipment and employing extra staff.

 

Thats Amazing Cleaning Services will provide these services for you.

 

  1. We will professionally wet or dry clean carpets or upholstery's on your behalf, for your customers.
  2. We will provide you with immediate cost effective quotes which can be organized through the phone or we can attend the premises.
  3. If your job is urgent we will prioritise your booking. Area depending we can clean on the same day.
  4. We will provide you with free advice and help on all issues to do with Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. This will include essential sales information for you and your staff and all the support and advice you need to create your own marketing materiel.

 

How do you make your money?
You add a 30% commission fee to our quotation.

 

How does it work?
We will be a sub-contractor working on your behalf. We will submit all quotations to you (not your customer). You will add your commission percentage to that quotation and present to your customer. Once the job is complete we invoice you and you pay us, less your commission. The booking would be between you and your customer.

Remember these are our prices. They do not represent your extra 30% and it's important to note they are priced 'from'. Prices will vary with cleaning requirements, sizes of rooms, levels of soiling and what area the job is in. Congestion charge and parking fees must also be paid by your customer. Minimum order £40.00.

 

Job examples and commissions

  1. You customer wants 2 x fabric 3 seater sofas and 1 x lounge carpet cleaned.
    Our cost £90.00. Add 30% = £117.00 - Your commission = £27.00
  2. Your customer wants whole 4 bed house with 2 x flights of stairs cleaned.
    Our cost £140.00. Add 30% = £182.00 - Your commission = £42.00
  3. Your customer wants 1 x bedroom carpet cleaned.
    Our cost £40.00. Add 30% = £52.00 - Your commission = £12.00

 

Even with your commission these prices are considerably cheaper than our main rivals including Service Master, Chem Dry and Pilgrim Payne & Co.

 

What extra work will you need to do?
It depends on how far you want to go. You will obviously need to introduce these services to your customers. So you could do as little as verbally mentioning these new services or you may want to create new marketing material. You could add information to your existing leaflets, brochures and website. Remember you only need to get the interest from your customer and we will do the rest. We will provide the expert advice, help and free no obligation priority quotations.
